Jessey Foster
Owner/ AVL Lead Designer
Jessey, is a passionate problem solver who loves nothing more than to make things easier for people to do their best work. He has an extensive work resume which includes many types of clients and lines of business. Do you have a very small budget or multi million dollar budget? His goals are the same; to steward the project within the budget you asked for but, keeping to the high end quality his projects are known for. In his free time he loves to write orchestral music, spend time with friends and explore new areas.
Robert Prather
Networking/Security Engineer
Bobby, a man of many talents has a special skill set in networking and security. Having many years under his belt protecting well known firms to make sure your money is safe, no one could be trusted more to protect your information. His knowledge in coding will make sure you can have a smoothing running system so your business focuses on what matters. In his free time he loves to play rhythm games, and to ride his Motorcycle with friends.
George Leith
Rigging/Audio Designer
George brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Having over 16 years in rigging experience alone (Not to mention certifications in both rigging and rope access), he has been rigging in every sense of the word. His long term stint at Disney as a rigger and Audio Engineer only adds to the plethora that is George’s great and continued career with the UD team. In his spare time he loves to work on his marksmanship as well as camp in the lovely rural areas the US has to offer.
Cody Basham
Lighting Designer/Vectorworks Magician
Cody is an award winning Lighting Designer with a serious passion for theatre and film. Having done hundreds of shows all over the states he has experience where it counts. Everything from pre-visualization to programming if it’s related to lights Cody does it with excellence. A huge addition to the UD team. In his free time he loves playing video games and D&D with friends.
Joe (Master Joda) Peavey
Programming Master
There is a reason we jokingly call him “Master Joda.” Joe is a master in his own right when it comes to programming especially with LUA. But also, Joda, because as masterful as he is, his humble and wise nature make him a pleasure to be around. Joe takes every problem in stride, solving issues with grace and efficiency just like his work projects. Great to have him on the team. In his spare time he loves helping his kids with small projects and spending time with family.
Ben Foster
Assistant Installer
Ben is with out a doubt one of the hardest workers on the team. He assists nearly every department on installs when needed and squeezes into those tight spaces that not everyone can get to. We sometimes call him the T1000 as when he starts terminating cables, every cable becomes John Connor but, his mission is ALWAYS completed. In his free time he loves making music, playing video games, and spending time with family.
Kelsey Foster
Admin/Bookkeeper
Kelsey is always a joy and a rock to our organization. She keeps everyone paid and organized so that we can do our jobs the best we can. She also helps add some special touches for jobs that require painting and wood working. She can really do it all! In her free time she loves to draw, paint, and spend time with her family.
