iPad won’t connect
Check the WiFi Settings…
Step A1: Open the Settings App
Step A2: Select Wi-fi
Step A3: Make sure the connected Wi-Fi is “bhitgr”
Step A4: Close Settings and hard close the Q-SYS UCI app. Then Reopen it.
Check the Q-Sys app settings…
Step B1: Open the “Settings” App
Step B2: Scroll Down and click on “Apps”
Step B3: Scroll Down and Click on “Q-SYS UCI”
Step B4: Scroll Down and find the area that says “HARD LINK IP ADDRESSES”
Step B5: Make sure “IP 1” has the following address: “172.16.95.22” (as pictured)
Step B6: Make sure “IP 2” has the following address: “172.16.95.23” (as pictured)
Step B7: Close Settings and hard close the Q-SYS UCI app. Then Reopen it.
